2010年、副社長のトザキケイイチと共に株式会社ツルカメを設立しました。ツルカメは、社会のあらゆる視点でのデバイドを解決するデザイン会社です。「鶴は千年、亀は万年」ということわざを体現した、永く社会インフラとして利用できる「デザイン」を探求しています。ちなみに社名のスペルですが、ヘボン式ローマ字表記では「鶴」は「Tsuru」、「亀」は「Kame」と表記されますが、「Tsurukame」よりもタイポグラフィ的に美しいという理由で「Turucame」を選びました。ツルカメにおいて私は、特に、情報アーキテクチャ、UXデザイン、プロジェクトマネジメント、アクセシビリティ、ユーザビリティ、そして会社経営や会計管理等を担当しています。

アーティストの活動できる場をつくり、社会との懸け橋となり、日本におけるアートやデザインの活動を促進する団体の設立趣旨に賛同し理事を務めています。

講師や執筆等の個人事業の受け皿として、個人事業主自体はもっと以前からやっていましたが、コロナ禍の時分に屋号を登録してみました。

アクセシビリティのアクセシビリティをつくるアクセシビリティエキスパート集団の設立に参画し、代表社員に就任。

「都会の中の畑」をコンセプトにした白と緑の花を扱うフラワーショップkusakanmuri。リアル店舗とオンラインショップのエクスペリエンスデザイン＆ディレクションを担当しています。 -- 自分のコミット率を鑑みて、2023年いっぱいでひっそりと卒業しました。今後は再び、熱心なイチ顧客として関わっていきます。

設立メンバーのひとり。bA(ビジネス・アーキテクツ)は日本のインターネットデザインファームのリーダー的存在のデザイン会社を標榜して設立されました。私は制作部門の一員として、クォリティを向上させるためのあらゆるソリューションを実践してきました。ワークフロー開発、プロジェクトマネジメント標準体系の策定、納品物および成果物管理の指標開発などのほか、数多くのプロジェクトリーダー実績を含みます。また経営者のひとりとして、プロジェクト品質管理や人材育成の最終責任者を担い、最終的には社長代行代行を務めました。

設立メンバーのひとり。BA-MP(BAメガパワーズ)は小規模クライアントを中心にデザイン提案から実装までのビジネス領域を担う、bAの100%子会社です。私は経営者のひとりとして、BA-MPのクリエイティブおよび人材育成の最終責任者でした。

モバイル戦略統括部ワイヤレスチームの一員として、iモード端末やPocket PC端末を基軸としたコミュニケーション提案のための研究開発に従事しました。主にUIデザインとASP(Active Server Pages)開発を担当。その一環として、iモード端末で動作するMS Exchangeクライアント(Outlookと同等機能)を開発しました。なお、開発したパッケージはマイクロソフトとNTTドコモの合弁会社であるモビマジックのASP(Application Service Provider)事業として引き継がれました。

May 2010 — Present
Founded Turucame Ltd. with Keiichi Tozaki, Vice President, in 2010. Turucame is a design company with the mission to resolve divides in every aspect of society. There is a common saying in Japan that “Cranes live for 1,000 years, turtles live for 10,000 years.” It celebrates longevity. We hope that our design will continue to be used by people as communication infrastructure in society. In addition, “crane” is spelled “tsuru” and “turtle” is spelled “kame” in the Hepburn romanization system, yet we chose “turu” and “came” because “turucame” is typographically prettier than “tsurukame.” I am especially in charge of IA, UX, PM, accessibility, usability, and company operations/management.

Marimo Kikaku GK was founded by three accessibility experts: Maiha Sakamaki, Rikiya Ihara, and Yu Morita. We are committed to helping create a society in which accessibility is taken for granted through awareness-raising activities, research and development, and initiatives that empower people to internalize accessibility and integrate it into their work and daily lives.

I'm in charge of experience design & direction for a real shop and an online shop. -- In light of my own commitment rate, I quietly graduated at the end of 2023. Thank you Kusakanmuri, from now on, I will once again be an eager customer and involved. :)
